Previously designed as a polo venue, this 87-acre property comfortably hosts luxurious sporting and social events for the greater Portland area. In the few short years since purchasing the property, Kathy has transformed its sprawling fields and existing structures into a gorgeous hunter/jumper facility.

This property features multiple outdoor riding options, from spacious grass fields to a meticulously maintained sand arena with GGT footing and an ebb and flow watering system.
GROOM STALLS
Cross-ties are available for staff and clients. Wash racks offer both cold and warm water.
BARN
The barn is outfitted with 12' x 12' stalls and a nearby heated restroom.
FEELING
During the summer months, this haven is bathed in sunshine with views of the hills and nearby pastures. In the fall and winter, riders find refuge in the barns and indoor arena.
